1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StreamKingIPTV.Com or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

StreamKing IPTV provides an internet-based television and video-on-demand service comprising 35,000+ live channels and a 210,000+ title VOD library with EPG, in up to 4K/8K quality, accessible through compatible third-party player applications on supported devices.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

• Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (or Lifetime) and for the number of devices selected at checkout (1–4).
• Current discounted prices are displayed on the pricing page; regular prices are shown struck through.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your action; we may send a renewal reminder before expiry.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may use the service for personal, non-commercial viewing within your purchased device limit.
• You may not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast or share credentials beyond the purchased connections.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our infrastructure.

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Devices & Requirements

You are responsible for a compatible device (Smart TV, FireStick, Android, iOS/Apple TV, Windows, MAG, Formuler, BuzzTV, Roku) and a stable internet connection (25+ Mbps recommended for 4K). Setup instructions are provided in our Installation Guide.

6. Content & Availability

Channel line-ups and VOD catalogs change over time due to licensing and technical reasons. Occasional maintenance windows, content changes or regional variations do not constitute a breach of these terms. We target 99.9% uptime.

7. Free Trials

A 24-hour free trial may be offered for evaluation purposes, one per customer. Trials include full channel access and require no card.

8. Refunds

All plans are covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The StreamKing IPTV brand, website design, graphics and text are our property. All trademarks of channels and platforms referenced remain the property of their respective owners; their use is descriptive only.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for failures caused by your internet provider or device.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time; prepaid periods remain governed by the Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
